$ROBIN's Second Run: +134% and a 54% Deeper Pool

2026-09-10 · 5 min read · By Leo Park · BigPump Blog
TL;DR
  • +134.32% in 24h after -31.30% yesterday; market cap $5.55M to $13.02M
  • Main pool 54.4% deeper — price and liquidity rising together
  • Risks: 0.54 hourly buy/sell ratio, 43.7x cap-to-liquidity, no whale data today

Yesterday $ROBIN was -31.30% on the board. Today it is +134.32% — and this time the pool came with it: liquidity went from $192,993 to $297,973 (+54.4%) and market cap from $5,547,392 to $13,023,616.

Price up while the pool gets deeper is the rarest and most informative shape on Robinhood Chain. Of today's 12 hot tokens, only ROBIN and CHUMP managed it. Data timestamp: 2026-09-10 00:09 UTC.

Why it moved

1. The narrative fits the chain. ROBIN is Robin the Frog, Kermit's nephew from The Muppets — and Robin appears in the Muppet Robin Hood story, which lines the name up with the chain without any explanation needed. It launched through Pons with a fixed 1,000,000,000 supply.

2. It got a press release. A GlobeNewswire item on 2026-09-07 records an all-time high of $0.0258 on Sep 6 and a market cap briefly above $25M (source). The same release states clearly that $ROBIN has no affiliation with or endorsement from Robinhood, Disney or The Muppets. The community is trying to make it the chain's grassroots mascot.

3. Yesterday's drop shook out a layer. On Sep 7 we covered its largest wallet cutting from 57.8% to 53.2% (whale selling), then it fell 31.30% on Sep 9. Today's move happened after that.

4. Someone actually added liquidity. This is the hardest fact here. $192,993 → $297,973 is roughly $104,980 of real value entering the pool. A pool's USD value does rise with the token price, but a 54.4% liquidity increase overshoots what that alone explains, and volume only rose 19.6% in the same window.

The case for

The case against

The overlooked part: ROBIN's liquidity is not $297,973

Add up all 20 of ROBIN's pools and liquidity is $6,525,246. One of them stands out:

Main $ROBIN pools (2026-09-10 00:20 UTC)
PoolLiquidity24h volumeTurnover
ROBIN / USDG (main)$285,776$1,382,6304.8x
ROBIN / USDG 1%$6,133,034$53,4910.009x
ROBIN / WETH 1%$26,877$205,3657.6x
ROBIN / USDG 5%$43,998$29,4910.7x
ROBIN / WETH 1.001%$1,366$87,80664x

Row two: a pool holding $6.13 million that did $53,491 of volume in a day — 0.009x turnover. It was created one minute before the main pool (09-05 16:53 vs 16:54) and quotes $0.01207, only 1.3% away from the main pool's $0.01191.

Two readings. The good one: if that depth is real and reachable, ROBIN can absorb far more than the $297,973 the board shows. The bad one: nobody trades there, and liquidity is only liquidity when it gets routed to. We gave this its own write-up: board liquidity vs token-wide liquidity.

Also note ROBIN has junk pools at 89.011%, 10% and 9.9% fees, plus a ROBIN/NVDA pool holding $3. Confirm your pool before you sign.

How to buy

  1. Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663, gas in ETH)
  2. Verify the contract: 0x11b70d0243baf75e85ce03201a92b5b7c33beb59
  3. Use the ROBIN / USDG main pool. At $285,776, the quote side is roughly $142,888, so under constant product a $1,000 buy costs about +0.7% impact, $5,000 about +3.5%, $20,000 about +14%
  4. Watch the 1h buy/sell ratio — currently 0.54
  5. Chart, trade feed and swap on the BigPump ROBIN page

FAQ

Is $ROBIN connected to Robinhood the company?

No. The project's own press release states no affiliation with or endorsement by Robinhood, Disney or The Muppets.

Why did ROBIN jump 134% today?

Verifiable contributors: momentum green in all three windows, a 54.4% deeper pool, 2,470 distinct buyers, and a 31.30% drop the day before. We found no major announcement or listing news for the day — there is no public data supporting a single-event explanation.

Is it too late to chase?

For: deeper pool, three green windows, only 4.6x turnover. Against: a 0.54 hourly buy/sell ratio, market cap 43.7x the main pool, and no visibility into the large wallet today. The price has already doubled since yesterday. Both sides hold. Not investment advice; memecoins can go to zero.

What is ROBIN's all-time high?

Per the GlobeNewswire release of 2026-09-07: $0.0258 on 2026-09-06, with market cap briefly above $25M. Today's $0.01302 is roughly half that.

Can I launch my own chain-mascot coin?

BigPump requires no code and no upfront liquidity. The bonding curve graduates at 4 ETH into a Uniswap V2 pool with the LP burned. See book.bigpump.ai or launch here.
