What Is $RECEIPT? Scan Receipts for Stock, -30% in an Hour

2026-09-10 · 6 min read · By Leo Park · BigPump Blog
TL;DR
  • +112.99% over 24h, then -30.11% in the last hour, 33 hours old
  • receipt.family pays 3% of a receipt (max $100) in Apple, Costco, AMC shares
  • 20 pools with a 2x in-pool price spread; the second-largest charges 3%

$RECEIPT is one of the rare Robinhood Chain memecoins with an actual product behind it: photograph a paper receipt, get fractional stock in the brand you bought from. As of 2026-09-10 00:09 UTC it is +112.99% over 24 hours at #11 on the hot board, 33 hours old — and down 30.11% in the last hour.

Those two numbers in one sentence describe the worst feeling in degen trading: you understood the narrative, you just did not get the timing. Here is the product, the on-chain reality, and the 20-pool problem — kept separate.

The product exists: receipts into fractional shares

The site receipt.family (fetched 2026-09-10) describes three steps:

  1. Photograph the paper receipt at checkout using live camera only — screenshots are rejected
  2. AI verification checks for edits, reprints and re-photographs
  3. Fractional shares of that brand land in your wallet, issued and custodied by a licensed tokenized-securities provider

The reward rule, verbatim: "3% of the receipt, never more than $100." The free tier caps out at $20 per receipt; holding 100,000 $RECEIPT unlocks the $100 ceiling. First receipt gets a one-time $5 bonus.

Six brands are live: Apple (AAPL), Amazon (AMZN), Whole Foods (AMZN), Costco (COST), AMC Theatres (AMC) and GameStop (GME). Listed as coming: Starbucks, Nike, McDonald's, Target, Walmart, Chipotle, CVS, Home Depot, Best Buy, Shell, Lululemon, Uber.

The token does two jobs: unlocking the higher reward cap, and funding the reward pool — the site says rewards are financed by "trading fees on the $RECEIPT token."

Three caveats worth flagging:

Socials: X @receiptfamily.

Why it pumped — and why it dropped 30% in an hour

The pump is easy to explain: this is the narrative Robinhood Chain likes most — memecoin plus tokenized stock. The chain was built around Stock Tokens, so "spend money, receive equity" plugs straight into the story. 1,917 distinct wallets bought in 33 hours, $3,963,207 of main-pool volume, 37.4x turnover.

The -30.11% hour has three visible causes:

In other words: the narrative did not break, the liquidity did not absorb the first round of profit-taking. Those two get confused constantly.

20 pools, and a 2x price spread between them

RECEIPT trades in 20 pools (2026-09-10 00:20 UTC) holding $264,103 combined. The top of the list:

Main $RECEIPT pools
PoolLiquidity24h volumeIn-pool price
RECEIPT / WETH (main)$106,252$3,902,393$0.00147863
RECEIPT / USDG 3%$109,717$1,784,152$0.00145999

RECEIPT / USDG 1%$3,435$66,936$0.00149296
RECEIPT / USDG 2.81%$748$19,270$0.00219384
RECEIPT / USDG 2.92%$448$4,674$0.00282942
RECEIPT / USDG 7.777%$90$1,507$0.00125704

Three things to take away:

1. The second-biggest pool charges 3%. It holds slightly more liquidity ($109,717) than the main WETH pool, but costs more than 10x in fees per trade. At comparable depth there is no reason to route through it.

2. Small pools quote nonsense. $0.00282942 is 1.9x the main-pool price; $0.00125704 is 0.85x. The in-pool price spread across this token exceeds 2x. Aggregators usually route around it — manual pool selection and some front-ends do not.

3. There is a cluster of coin-to-coin pools. UP/RECEIPT 7.5%, CRUMBS/RECEIPT 7.5%, ICOIN/RECEIPT 4.9%, RECEIPT/O1BOT 5.9%, RECEIPT/UFG 5.5%. Quoting one memecoin in another stacks both risks. CRUMBS is -92.72% today — anything you trade in that pool is exposed to that crash as well.

How to buy, if you decide to

  1. Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663, gas in ETH)
  2. Verify the contract: 0xb97d9e5ad6244d27588fe0a624a8c78e512934ee
  3. Use the RECEIPT / WETH main pool only; avoid anything charging 3% or more
  4. $106,252 of pool means roughly $53,126 on the quote side. Under constant product, a $1,000 buy is about +1.9% impact, $5,000 about +9.4%, $10,000 about +18.8%
  5. Check the chart and trade feed on the BigPump RECEIPT page first

FAQ

Is $RECEIPT a real project or just a meme?

receipt.family publishes checkable product mechanics, reward rules and six live brands, so it is not a pure meme. Whether the product delivers long term is not something public data can answer; the site still says early access.

What does holding $RECEIPT do?

Per the site's rules, holding 100,000 tokens raises the per-receipt reward cap from $20 to $100. Rewards are funded by trading fees on the token.

Why do different sites show different RECEIPT volume?

Different scope. The main pool did $3,963,207 in 24h; all 20 pools together did $6,787,800 — a 71% difference. We wrote this up in single-pool vs token-wide volume.

Is it safe to enter after a 30% hourly drop?

For: the product narrative and $264,103 of token-wide depth. Against: distinct sellers already outnumber buyers, liquidity is fragmented across 20 pools, the token is 33 hours old, and there is no concentration data today. Both are true. Not investment advice; memecoins can go to zero.

Can I launch a token with real utility?

BigPump's Tax NFT lets a creator set a 1/3/5/10% tax split four ways — treasury, burn, dividends, liquidity — with dividends paid in ETH by holding share, active on DEX trades after graduation. See book.bigpump.ai or launch here.
