What Is $ORBIO? The Discount AI-Credit Token, +80.7%
- Orbio.so sells discounted LLM API credits: 1 CREDIT = $1 of AI usage, and the site says stake ORBIO, trade CREDIT
- +80.69% in 24h, $27,335,910 market cap, main pool quoted in the NVDA stock token, but 236 unique buyers vs 305 sellers and $1,061.92 per trade
- A live product is a plus. A 37.1x market-cap-to-pool ratio and no contract on the website are minuses
What is ORBIO? Short answer: it is the token of Orbio.so, a marketplace selling AI inference credits at a discount. On Sep 17 it rose 80.69% in 24 hours on the Robinhood Chain hot list, to a $27,335,910 market cap. On a list full of pure memes, it is one of the few tokens with a product you can actually use. A good product does not make today a good entry, though, so let's take those separately.

What Orbio does
Visiting orbio.so on Sep 17, the page says:
- "One key, every model, no subscriptions": a single API key for 444+ models, OpenAI-compatible, so you only swap the base URL and key.
- "Tokenized inference · 1 CREDIT is $1 of AI usage, on chain."
- "Stake ORBIO, trade CREDIT, activate when you use it": ORBIO is the staking asset, CREDIT the tradable credit.
- Discounts on its order book range from 5% to 45%, and sellers.orbio.so lets people list unused credits.
- A disclaimer: credits are a promotional grant of product access, not an investment return, and not redeemable for cash.
A Yahoo Finance roundup of Robinhood Chain tokens (fetched Sep 17) adds: hold at least 1,000 ORBIO to earn AI credits, and every ORBIO trade pays a 1.5% fee, half of which is converted into OpenRouter credits and distributed hourly by holdings. I could not confirm this on the Orbio page itself, so treat it as outside reporting.
You can see the product on-chain too. DexScreener shows a CREDIT/ORBIO pool (created Sep 15 14:36 UTC, $75,540 liquidity) where CREDIT trades priced in ORBIO.
Why ORBIO pumped today
The feed's signal reads "+81% in 24h, but 652 buys vs 889 sells." Unpacked:
- Large tickets did the lifting. $1,636,422 of volume came from just 1,541 trades, averaging $1,061.92: 5.7x MUSEBOOK's $187.84 and 22.5x ROBIN's $47.13.
- The move happened earlier. 6h is already -14.24%, 1h -0.40%, and the last hour had 5 buys and 13 sells. Most of the +80.69% came more than six hours ago.
- The narrative fits the moment. Discounted AI credits make sense to people outside crypto, and the main pool is quoted in the NVDA stock token: AI plus Nvidia, two keywords in one chart.
ORBIO next to the other "has a product" tokens
| Token | Product (outside info) | 24h | Main-pool liquidity | Turnover | Buyers/sellers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ORBIO | Discount AI inference credits | +80.69% | $737,144 | 2.22x | 236 / 305 |
| NET | NetNet: 5% transfer tax + sNET rebasing | -5.06% | $1,019,257 | 1.52x | 479 / 455 |
| DELTA | deltaliquidity.app | +14.67% | $943,988 | 1.98x | 546 / 636 |
All three turn over 1.5x to 2.2x a day, far below pure memes (MUSEBOOK 13.9x, DPONS 21.9x). Their trading looks like holding, not flipping. The difference: ORBIO had the biggest gain today and the worst buyer/seller ratio (0.77). Tokens with products get pumped and dumped by short-term money too. The product decides whether anyone steps in after the drop. NET's mechanics: What is NET.
Is ORBIO a buy?
- For: a working product with visible on-chain footprints (the CREDIT pool); a 16-day-old token, not a same-day launch; $1,533,720 of combined liquidity across 15 pools on DexScreener; 2.22x turnover, not wash-trading territory.
- Against: market cap is 37.1x main-pool liquidity (17.8x token-wide), so valuation is ahead of depth; 305 unique sellers vs 236 buyers; 6h has already turned red; the NVDA stock-token quote adds US-equity volatility; no contract address on the website, so the contract is unverified.
My call: watch. The project is worth tracking, but a +80% day is not the entry. If you like the product, wait for the hourly buy count to turn positive and buyers to outnumber sellers, and trade only in the main or the main USDG pool. Not financial advice; memecoins can go to zero.
How to buy ORBIO on Robinhood Chain
- Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663).
- Open the ORBIO trade page on BigPump, confirm contract 0xaa07…28a3, and check the chart and recent trades.
- Mind the quote: the main pool is ORBIO/NVDA, and there are ORBIO/USDG pools too. If the reported 1.5% trading fee is accurate, include it when you set slippage.
FAQ
How are ORBIO and CREDIT related?
Per the website, ORBIO is staked and CREDIT is on-chain AI usage at 1 CREDIT = $1. A CREDIT/ORBIO pool trades on-chain.
Is ORBIO a pure memecoin?
No. There is a live product behind it. The token price is still highly speculative, and no public data ties today's move to product usage.
Why is ORBIO's main pool paired with NVDA instead of ETH?
Many tokens on this chain use stock tokens as the quote asset. The DexScreener data shows ORBIO/NVDA was created first (Sep 1 00:45 UTC), with ORBIO/USDG pools added after. Pairing with NVDA ties the token's dollar price partly to Nvidia's share price: if NVDA drops while ORBIO holds steady against it, ORBIO's dollar price still falls. Keep that in mind when you compare ORBIO's chart with its product news.
Does holding ORBIO guarantee AI credits?
Outside reporting describes a 1,000 ORBIO minimum and hourly credit distribution, but I could not verify the current terms on the Orbio page. Check the project's own documentation before relying on it.
