$CHUMP: 1,736 Buyers, 731 Sellers, Price Still Down 7%
- $CHUMP is the only token on today's board where distinct buyers beat distinct sellers 2.37 to 1 - 1,736 against 731.
- It has the cleanest distribution on the board: top wallet 1.5%, top 10 at 13.1%, 10,763 holders after 934 hours.
- It still fell 7.12% in 24h. Clean chips buy survivability, not a green candle.
If you built a memecoin screener from scratch and asked it for the healthiest token on Robinhood Chain today, it would hand you $CHUMP. Cleanest distribution on the board. More unique buyers than sellers by a factor of 2.37. Over a million dollars of liquidity. Nearly 39 days old and still in the top three by volume.
It closed the day down 7.12%.
That gap - between the best-looking chart of fundamentals on the chain and a red candle - is the most useful thing on today's board, and it is worth understanding before you use "good on-chain metrics" as a buy trigger.

What is $CHUMP?
Per the token's own metadata, CHUMP COIN 2 1 BILLY (CC21B) is a community meme token on Robinhood Chain built around satire and political humor - "the official currency of a powerful chicken in a suit." The project describes a 0% tax model, a renounced contract, permanently locked liquidity, plus an arcade game and "executive orders" as interactive features. Site: cc21b.meme, X: @ChumpCoinX.
Those three claims - 0% tax, renounced, locked LP - are the project's own description. We have not independently verified the contract state, so treat them as claims to check rather than facts to trade on. The holder distribution below, by contrast, is measured on-chain.
The 2.37 that nobody else on the board has
Every token reports buys and sells. Far fewer people look at distinct buyers and sellers - the count of unique wallets on each side. Here is today's full board:
| Token | Buyers | Sellers | Ratio |
|---|---|---|---|
| CHUMP | 1,736 | 731 | 2.37 |
| PAIR | 1,086 | 964 | 1.13 |
| LAPTOP | 7,286 | 6,723 | 1.08 |
| UPS | 746 | 744 | 1.00 |

| EQUI | 428 | 506 | 0.85 |
| MEME | 1,653 | 2,052 | 0.81 |
| CASHCAT | 1,079 | 1,356 | 0.80 |
| SIRIUS | 351 | 455 | 0.77 |

$CHUMP is not close to second place. More than twice as many wallets bought as sold. On a day where nine of twelve tokens were red and chain volume fell 19.02%, over a thousand net new wallets took a position in this one.
So why is it down?
Three readings, and they are not exclusive.
1. Buyers were many and small; sellers were few and large. The buy/sell count ratio was only 1.09 (7,637 to 6,997) even though the unique-wallet ratio was 2.37. That combination means the selling side ran more transactions per wallet - 6,997 sells across 731 wallets is 9.6 sells per seller, against 4.4 buys per buyer. Fewer wallets, working orders harder. That is what distribution into retail looks like.
2. It got dragged. Chain volume fell 19.02% and the seven tokens carried over from yesterday shed 49.9% of their volume. In a broad drawdown, the clean names go down less, not up. $CHUMP's -7.12% is the third-best 24h print on the board behind two green outliers.
3. Nothing happened. $CHUMP is 39 days old with no fresh catalyst in the data. A 32.1x market-cap-to-liquidity multiple on a $35.55M cap needs new money to re-rate, and today new money went to a nine-hour-old copycat instead.
Clean chips are a statement about downside, not upside. They tell you no one wallet can end you. They do not create a buyer.
Can it continue?
Supporting: $1,107,810 of liquidity absorbs mid-size orders - a $1,000 buy moves execution roughly 0.18% before fees. 10,763 holders and a top 10 at 13.1% means no insider block can dump the chart. Turnover of 4.2x is active without being frantic. The buyer/seller spread of 2.37 says accumulation is happening even on a red day. The 1h is flat-to-green (+0.14%) while most of the board bled.
Risks: the market cap is 32.1x liquidity, so the paper valuation is far larger than the money that could actually exit at these prices. It is a 39-day-old meme with no fresh narrative in a market that today paid for a one-day-old name. The 0% tax, renounced contract and locked LP are project claims we did not verify. And a token that falls on a 2.37 buyer ratio can keep falling on a 3.0 one - the metric measures participation, not price.
My read: this is the profile you hold rather than chase, and the entry that matters is a boring one at a size the pool can handle. I would not treat -7.12% as a discount signal by itself. Not investment advice.
How to use this metric yourself
- Always pair it with buy/sell counts. If counts look bullish and unique wallets do not, the counts are being generated by many small trades - see $POPE, which fell 98.72% in six hours on a 1.42 buy/sell ratio.
- Divide transactions by wallets on each side. Sells-per-seller far above buys-per-buyer is a distribution fingerprint.
- Age-adjust it. A ratio of 2.37 on a 39-day-old token is meaningful. On a 6-hour-old token it is just the launch queue.
- Check it against the top 10. High buyer ratio plus concentrated top 10 means retail is absorbing insider supply. High buyer ratio plus a clean top 10, like $CHUMP, means the float genuinely moved to more hands.
